Return Policy

Thank you for patronizing our website store at www.WongBakerFACES.org. We are grateful for your order.

Although this is highly unusual, should you need to return any of the items you have purchased, we have created a 30-day returns policy to enable you to send us the products for exchange or credit. The returned items should be unused and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Returns Procedure:

1) Let us know that you will be returning the products and the reason for the return by emailing orders.wongbaker@gmail.com or by calling 405-633-2230.

2) Ship the products to the Wong-Baker FACES® Foundation,13919-B N. May Avenue, #125, Oklahoma City, OK 73134. Please include your contact information and address for reimbursement and/or list the products you would like to have as exchange.

3) We will give you a refund for the full price, excluding the shipping costs, of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns Policy, within 30 days of the delivery.
